Tapping In to Let it Out

Our bodies are a unique source of information, if we let them be.

It is easy to get caught up in our minds, thinking that our thoughts are our truth, when in reality, they are no more you than the clothes you're wearing.

Figuring out your truth to rewrite your thoughts and patterns is integral to your own personal evolution.

This is a personal journey.

It is personal because your body is different than mine, and your life is different than mine.

You want different things, and you've experienced different things.

As we tap into the body, elongating the space between stimuli and response, we can see physical changes. Perhaps small, but once practiced, completely perceptable.

Perhaps there's a stitch in your throat, a closing of the shoulders, a tightness in the belly, a squeezing of the thighs, that happens for just a moment in response to the world, before our brains come online and take over, distracting us from our own visceral reactions and trying to logic or feel our way through a situation.

We're here to use the body to let the mind's patterns go. Finding these sensations so we can know more about ourselves. The more the know, the more we have the power to change.

The journey is ongoing, and for that we are grateful, not overwhelmed.

Hi! I'm Eden.

Gemini. Projector. Reiki Master Teacher. Health Coach. Yoga Teacher. B.S. in Environmental Science and Chemistry.

In college, I studied Sustainability and Energy. I wanted to make a difference in the world (who doesn't!). But upon graduating, I realized that to do this in the energy sphere, I would have to accept jobs I didn't want and study things I didn't want to study.

So I ditched it, and found myself wondering where to go next. I spent years living in my physical body, running and lifting and doing hot yoga. But I wasn't healing in the mental ways I desired.

So I began to think I needed to get out of my body and into my mind to heal. I took a Health Coaching course. I read 60 non-fiction books in a year. I got my yoga certification based around trauma sensitivity. I consumed information, trying to allow it to heal me.

Then walked in Reiki. Long story short, Reiki taught me that my body is the gateway to unlocking my mental wellness. Through the body we can see our truth, our trauma, and allow ourselves to evolve.

This mini-course is designed to help you cultivate the softer, quieter relationship with your body to actually hear what it has to say. Noticing is the first step to change.
